I'm Rachel Arnold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Master of Education, and the founder of REA Innovation Consultancy.

REA Innovation Consultancy grew out of a simple observation: schools and organizations are full of good intentions and thin infrastructure. Leaders want to support their people well, but they're often improvising policy, training, and systems without the time or specialized background to do it from a strong foundation. That's the gap I work in.

My approach blends applied behavior analysis, neurodiversity-affirming practice, and systems-level thinking.

I believe behavior support shouldn't feel punitive, and systems-building should never happen in a vacuum. Every framework I build is:

• Evidence-based — grounded in applied behavior analysis and current research, not trends

• Neurodiversity-affirming — designed with, not against, the students and staff it serves

• Sustainable — built to survive staff turnover, budget years, and real-world constraints

• Collaborative — co-created with the people who will actually use it every day
